- Advising companies on compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Guidance on CSR policy formulation, implementation strategies, and project selection.
- Advising on the constitution and functioning of the CSR Committee.
- Monitoring CSR spending and alignment with Schedule VII of the Act.
- CSR Financial Monitoring & Accounting:
- Assisting in tracking and reporting CSR expenditures.
- Ensuring correct accounting treatment of CSR-related expenditures as per Companies Act and Accounting Standards.
